Estate Services Manager
Location: Eden, UT (commute required). Service work across Morgan, Weber, and Davis Counties.

Peterson Builders is seeking an Estate Services Manager to maintain and support our completed luxury homes. You'll handle maintenance requests, perform hands-on repairs, coordinate trade partners, and manage ongoing property care plans for homeowners enrolled in our subscription-style service program.
This role combines handyman skills with light project management. You'll assess issues, manage scopes and costs, oversee vendors, and deliver a polished, professional client experience. Responsibilities
Maintenance & Repairs
- Respond to service requests quickly and professionally.
- Perform repairs, adjustments, and preventative maintenance across home systems.
- Identify issues early and recommend solutions.
- Create scopes of work, estimate costs, and track expenses.
- Manage materials and ensure accurate invoicing.
Trade Partner Coordination
- Schedule, oversee, and verify the work of specialty trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trades.
- Communicate expectations, access needs, and timelines clearly.
- Maintain strong relationships with reliable vendors.
Property Care Plans
- Develop and manage customized maintenance plans.
- Track recurring tasks, warranty deadlines, and long-term recommendations.
- Keep documentation current and accurate.
Client Experience
- Serve as primary contact for homeowners in the service program.
- Communicate clearly about scheduling, recommendations, and progress.
- Represent Peterson Builders with professionalism and discretion.
Field & Operations
- Maintain all daily tools, materials, and inventory.
- Assist the warranty team when needed.
- Improve internal division processes and reporting.
Qualifications
- Solid understanding of residential construction and MEP systems.
- Strong hands-on repair and maintenance skills with a level of craftsmanship detail.
- Excellent communication, especially with high-end clients.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems.
- Professional, reliable, and aligned with company values.
- Valid driver's license and daily commute to Eden, UT.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (or to be developed)
- Experience in residential maintenance, warranty work, or property services.
- Experience coordinating multiple vendors.
- Diplomatic, solution-focused communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving in unfamiliar situations.
Physical Requirements
- Regular driving between client properties.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to walk, climb, bend, crawl, and navigate all areas of a home.
- Occasional desk/computer work.
Compensation
- Salary: $75,000-$90,000 DOE
- Full-time, W-2 position
